By accessing or subscribing to any AAATechsuite services—including eCommerce, content management, digital marketing, or operational support—you agree to the terms outlined herein. Our offerings are provided on a recurring subscription basis, billed in Canadian dollars.
You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your account. Unauthorized use, misuse of features, or violation of Canadian laws may result in service suspension or termination.
Licenses granted are non-exclusive and limited to the duration of your subscription. Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods except where required by law.
In the event of a dispute or service failure, AAATechsuite’s liability is capped at either the last 3 months of paid service fees or CAD $100 for free services—whichever is lower. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
